• "Portal": Our B2B e-commerce website and mobile application
• "Products": Refrigeration equipment, cooling systems, and related items listed on our portal
• "Services": All services provided through our portal including ordering, delivery, and support
• "Order": A purchase request placed through our portal
• "Account": Your registered B2B business account on our portal

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To use our B2B portal, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Business Verification: We reserve the right to verify your business credentials before activating your account
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Single Account: One business entity may maintain only one active account
• Prohibited Use: Accounts cannot be shared, transferred, or sold to third parties

3 Acceptable Use of Portal
